Continuing our partnership with POBL Group for the Grovesend development in Swansea. 

The housing development, located on the existing Tyrisha Farm in Grovesend, compromises of the demolition of the existing buildings and development of 60 dwellings compromising a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed dwellings, with associated access, parking, landscaping, pumping station and ancillary works.

A Local Area of Play (LAP) is also provided within the development.
