Andrew has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years.
In various roles and has held the position of Pre-Development Director for the last 20 years.
Andrew commenced his journey as a Trainee Estimator and then followed a progression path of Estimator, Design Co-ordinator, Design Manager, Technical Director and Company Director. His experience covers all facets of construction in Commercial, Education, Health and Residential sectors.
As Pre-Development Director
Andrew leads the pre-construction team and has a comprehensive knowledge of cost planning and detailed financial appraisals of construction costs and ensures compliance with Employer’s requirements.
As an integral member of our Executive Team, Andrew brings his knowledge and experience to every development, ensuring that we start of on the best footing.
